eLearning Design and Development
During the eLearning Design and Development process...

We formalize the team, gather assets, organize calendars, set deadlines, and begin work on your eLearning design and development.

Design
We work with assigned subject matter experts (SMEs) and other key stakeholders to develop the best eLearning solution.
3.
Develop
We take the approved content design and turn it into a transformative eLearning product that meets an identified performance and business need.

Test
We work with technical experts to run a series of tests to ensure your eLearning product delivers an intuitive, positive user experience.
5.
Deliver
We work with key stakeholders to deliver your eLearning product to its target audience.
6.
Closeout
We deliver finalized project assets to you, and we help you to analyze and manage data over time to evaluate learning experiences and determine the overall success of your eLearning solution.
