Background
The client requested the design and development of an eLearning solution that offers an interactive and engaging experience. The topic covers a wide range of compliance issues, and the eLearning solution needed to offer opportunities for practice to help learner's better understand various key points of information and required processes for key personnel. The resulting eLearning solution offers interactive learning experiences that are strategically designed to connect learners with key information, processes, and personnel to help promote a connected workforce that carries out specific healthcare practices that are in compliance with various needs and requirements.

The Result
Learners use this interactive eLearning solution to run through a series of processes to provide effective care to patients.
While interacting with this eLearning solution, learners are:

Presented with key points background information to help transition them to current information, various process, and associated procedures;

Instructed on how to follow protocol to provide effective healthcare;

Prompted to view and carefully examine processes to ensure that they are carrying out their workplace duties in compliance with regulated protocals;

Provided the opportunity to test their knowledge via a custom designed interactive sorting exercise;

Allowed opportunities to fail in a safe environment; and

Provided useful feedback throughout the exercise to help with critical thinking.
Standard Level 2: Moderate Interaction Workflow
The standard design, development, and implementation of one eLearning solution of moderate complexity, includes:
- A custom branded menu;
- Branded eLearning user interface;
- Character persona included to formally guide each lesson (if applicable);
- Custom (previous and next) navigation;
- Interactive knowledge check and post-assessment questions with detailed feedback (e.g., drag-and-drop, matching, hotspot, free-form, and other interactive question types);
- Professional audio narration;
- Stock images;
- Embedded video;
- Learner evaluation; and
- Custom completion status indication for each lesson within the module, Section 508 compliance (if applicable).
