Level 1: Project Example

Background

The Campaign for Inclusive Care, a joint initiative of the Elizabeth Dole Foundation and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, is resetting care for our veterans by including family caregivers in the treatment planning process from day one.  This eLearning solution required the development of an interactive video-based learning activity to provide guidance for Veterans Administration (VA) healthcare providers on the practice of inclusive care on topics ranging from "What is Inclusive Care?" to "Communicating with a Caregiver" to "The Caregiver Journey" and more.  This project offers a single unified eLearning activity that contains a series of videos with closed-captions, including an alternate version of videos within the learning that meets various accessibility needs.  The user interface is custom branded based on existing visual aspects to carry the overall theme of the campaign from the website and printed materials over to the eLearning activity.
